With great sorrow we inform that one of the eminent change makers Mr. Ashraful Alam Tutu has passed away this morning. We express our deep sorrow on this great loss. It should be noted that he was the Coordinator of CDP and was a leading political activist, social organizer and committed development visionary of the country. As a freedom fighter he played brave and significant role during the liberation War in 1971 by acting as a trainer of the Freedom Fighters. He played critical role in organizing the last GEJF held in Dhaka. We express our sincere empathy and our commitment to his family to stand by them in this difficult time.
